Figure 1 Publishing will be publishing a healthy heart cookbook with the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in September 2020. The cookbook will feature a collection of 100 quick, easy, and healthy recipes designed to reduce the risk of heart disease. Since approximately one of every twelve Canadians over the age of 20 lives with heart disease, we’re looking forward to creating a book that will help readers transform their eating habits and forge better relationships with foods for long-term health.
