An ambitious reimagining of the intersection of art and curatorial practice will be explored in Living Arrangements, the first collection catalogue published by the storied Agnes Etherington Art Centre since 1968.

Published to celebrate the re-homing of the collection in the newly reimagined and reconstructed art gallery, readers will be greeted with a new foundational concept of curatorial practice which interweaves the Agnes collections across collecting areas, art periods, and styles. From 17th century Dutch masterworks that reside alongside African belongings to Indigenous art that confers with settler works, the collections at Agnes offer rich opportunities for reexamining history and dreaming new futures.

Co-published with the Agnes Etherington Art Centre, Living Arrangements will be available in Spring 2027.
