Coming Spring 2026: Niagara Wine + Food: Signature Recipes from Ontario’s Iconic Terroir, a collection of seasonal recipes from Canada’s best-known wine region—the Niagara peninsula. In Niagara Wine + Food, author Magdalena Kaiser highlights the region’s terroir, varietals, and unique features, and profiles 44 of the region’s best and most promising producers alongside 88 delectable wine-pairing recipes. These elevated-yet achievable dishes show off the bounty of Ontario and pair beautifully with Niagara’s wine.
