Deal Announcement: “Toronto Brews”
A first-of-its-kind publication, Toronto Brews will build off Figure 1’s award-winning “City Cooks” series to highlight delicious beer-pairing recipes from Toronto’s best breweries and brewpubs, while profiling 40 of the city’s marquee breweries. To cap it all off, the book will provide 40 “in-the-style-of” homebrew recipe so that aspiring homebrewers can brew a flagship pint from their favourite haunt. As a showcase of Canada’s most vibrant brew scene, Toronto Brews will be a hit for food and beer lovers alike. Written by Advanced Cicerone and beer educator Lauren Richard.
