Deal Announcement: “Oregon Wine + Food”

A collection of seasonal recipes celebrating Oregon’s exceptional wine and food scene, Oregon Wine + Food showcases the sense of place, depth of flavor, and incredible talent that make the state’s wine regions such exciting destinations. It presents 40 winery profiles and full-color portraits alongside 80 wine-paired recipes written with the home cook in mind. Available in the US April 2023; in Canada May 2023. For over fifteen years, Kerry Newberry has chased stories about inspiring people and places through the lens of food, wine and farming. She’s a contributing writer at Oregon’s 1859 Magazine and her work frequently appears in regional and national publications.

Danielle Centoni is a food, drink, and travel writer and cookbook author with more than two decades of experience. Her articles and recipes appear in a range of national publications. Oregon Wine + Food is her seventh cookbook, and she has contributed editorial work to several others.
