Figure 1 cookbooks shortlisted for Taste Canada Awards
This year, Taste Canada Awards celebrates 20 years of recognizing Canada’s culinary writers. We couldn’t be more delighted that three of our titles have made this year’s shortlist. Araxi: Roots to Shoots, Farm Fresh Recipes by James Walt is a finalist in the general cookbook category as is CinCin: Wood-Fired Cucina by Andrew Richardson. Ottawa Cooks: Signature Recipes from the Finest Chefs of Canada’s Capital Region by award-winning writer, Anne DesBrisay is shortlisted in the regional / cultural cookbook category. The winners will be announced at a gala in Toronto in the fall.
